Tenancy Tribunal

The Tenancy Tribunal helps resolve disputes between landlords and tenants, and makes decisions on things that landlords and tenants can’t agree upon, such as overdue payments or breaches of tenancy agreements.

Both you and the other party get a chance to explain your situation to someone who will help you come to an agreement or a decision.
