Vetting
We use the following process to screen prospective tenants:
- Pre-tenancy form & interview
- Check references & credit history
- Check any previous history with tenancy tribunal
Administration
We use a very simple accounting system, no fancy reports that are hard to understand.
Reconciliation reports are done monthly or fortnightly and sent through via e-mail.

Management of Arrears
If a tenant’s rent payment does not go through, they are immediately issued with an Arrears’ notice.
Failure to rectify the arrears will result in the eviction process started through the Tenancy Tribunal.
